RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All of our jewelry is hand crafted and so there might be a slight difference from the image.

Please allow small imperfections due to the nature of handmade work and the use of natural stones. 

 

Our clients satisfaction is most important to us; If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange within 14 days. 

Jewelry returned must be unworn and unused in its original condition.

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

You may return to the item to our workshop & gallery located in Beit-Lehem-Haglilit, otherwise  we can provide a pickup via our delivery service. This service costs 30 nis and will be deducted from the refund payment or credit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved it will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 working days.
